PERFECT! The ultimate retreat

 This property is truly a hidden gem on the prairies - built from history, and cared for with love. We had a girls' getaway weekend and it was exactly what we needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of our jobs and lives in the city. We could have stayed here forever!

We had so much fun here and got lots of time to relax and enjoy. Wonderful property! We had so much fun here and got lots of time to relax and enjoy the prairies. The house provides lots of room for guests and the hot tub is an awesome bonus. 

We enjoyed our stay at the Herschel Retreat House. 

The hosts were more than accommodating. They were extremely helpful throughout the stay. The home had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We are ready to come back in 2022.

Herschel Retreat is an ideal place for a gateway.

It has everything you need. Not only is it quiet and beautiful, but the house has so much for character. It’s good for couples, friends as well as family. It has rooms on the main floor, basement and an open space that you can share. Don’t worry if you forgot to bring something, the house is equipped with all the amenities. All the cooking appliances. In addition to that you would be able to enjoy all the board games, books and music that is available. Lastly, the 2 features that makes the stay spectacular is the fire pit out in the open and the hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to revisit whenever we can with more people.

Lovely homestead with a calm vibe!

Perfect getaway This property is beautiful, cozy, and clean. It feels well lived in with everything you may need at the house. There is an interesting history within the house that I loved learning about. It made us appreciate the home that much more. The hosts were kind and communicated very clearly to us. They were available if we needed anything and very repsonsive. The hottub was magical and I definitely melted away a lot of stress at this home. I look forward to returning again. 

This was not our first time visiting and I hope it won't be our last.

A wonderful facility to gather a bunch of people. We have family province wide so find this a neutral meeting spot. The square footage of the house, the 4 bathrooms, outdoor facilities...all amenities we look for to accommodate gathering people who want to get together but appreciate the option of their own space. (most of us live alone). Thanks to Jimmee for her hospitality. We spent a week in rural Saskatchewan and had PERFECT weather - lots of sun, no wind and no bugs!!! Thanks to the Herschel community for always making us feel welcome.
