Bookings & Rates

• Rates are based on the first 6 guests (age 8 and under free)
• 2-night minimum stay
• Additional guests welcome at a fee of $15/guest/night
• Payment at the time of booking is required to hold your dates
• Max. occupancy of 12 adults or 15 guests if younger children staying (Please call if you would like to discuss larger gatherings than this.) 
• GST & PST will be added to all rates
• No smoking permitted in the house - designated smoking areas outside
• No pets allowed inside the house.  Pets are welcome anywhere in the yard (must be supervised & cleaned up after) & can sleep in the garage in a crate.
• Check-in is 4pm 
• Check-out is 11am
•  All rates and policies are subject to change without notice

 Cancellation Policy:

• If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, a cancellation notice is required 14 days in advance of your arrival date.  You may re-book for another available date or be refunded the full purchase price less a $50.00 cancellation fee.
  
• If you cancel your reservation between 7 and 14 days before check-in you will be refunded 50% of the cost of your reservation.  
  
• If you cancel 7 days or less prior to the arrival date, you are responsible for the entire cost of your reservation. 
  
• Date changes can not be made within the 14 day period.

*Note:  If you make an online booking and choose the e-transfer payment option, payment must be received within 2 days of booking to complete the reservation.

  If payment is not received within 2 days the reservation will be canceled.
